I've had problems with both MSI and ASUS. Both times it is due to the way the companies were set up, in short,
ASUS set up shop in the Czech republic, for cheap labor, and refuse to fix anything under warranty.
MSI is a British company, products and everything set up in the UK, why did they refuse to fix my product (which was also under warranty again)? Because they just went bust and the new company decided all past invoices (so any proof of purchase) was invalid.
Awful.
